Casting repairs
The Metalock process is widely accepted as the best method of repairing cracked, broken and damaged castings in iron, steel, and aluminium for many applications and industries. The main advantages of this process are as follows:

The process is invaluable for emergency repairs, reduces costly downtime, and avoids the need to replace expensive castings.
On-site machining
Precision on-site machining is a core Metalock activity. By applying the skills learned in precision machine shops and continuously developing specialised equipment, we lead in the development of special purpose machines and techniques for accurately machining plant and equipment on site.
Pressing and forging
Metalock India is the preferred supplier for many original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the pressing and forging industry. Our customers enjoy the benefits of specialist on-site machining services such as the following:

We've also developed a wide range of special purpose portable machine tools for machining large items of plant. High rates of metal removal and precise tolerance control are standard features.
Pump refurbishment and repair
Metalock India specialises in the repair and refurbishment of industrial pumps for many applications including land drainage and the water industry. Our technicians can decommission a pump on site, take it to our well-equipped workshop for overhaul and repair, then recommission the pump back on site. (As well as refurbishing pumps in our workshops, we can often carry out the work on site if required.)
